Almhaus Oscar and Almhaus Louise – two privately let holiday houses at around 1,700 m in Hochkrimml. Close to slopes and trails in winter, an oasis of calm in summer.

Both are fully equipped holiday houses with their own kitchen, terrace and ski room – made for families and groups who want to spend their holiday together and at their own pace. They are close to each other and can be enquired about individually or, subject to availability, together.

Winter
Winter on the Gerlosplatte
Slopes, lifts, ski school, ski rental and a restaurant are about 300 m from the house. You can often ski almost back to the door, and the cross-country trail runs about 20 m below. Hochkrimml is part of the Zillertal Arena, one of Austria's large ski areas. Snow and lift operations naturally depend on the season.
Sommer
Summer: peace and open views
Once the snow has melted, the Gerlosplatte becomes hiking country with alpine meadows and wide views. Down in the valley are the Krimml Waterfalls, and the region offers lakes, high-rope courses and trails for every fitness level.
Location & activitiesA place with a view
In the morning Königsleiten lies in the sun opposite, in the evening the peaks glow, and at night the starry sky is exceptionally clear at this altitude. Every photo on this website shows the houses and their surroundings just as you will find them.

How many people do the houses sleep?
Each house sleeps up to nine guests in three bedrooms. Larger groups can enquire about both houses.
How far is it to the slopes?
Slopes, lifts, ski school and ski rental are approx. 300 m away. The cross-country trail runs about 20 m below the houses.
Is there parking?
Yes, each house has a free underground parking space plus an outdoor space.
Is Hochkrimml in the Zillertal?
Hochkrimml is in the Salzburg region on the Gerlosplatte and belongs to the Zillertal Arena ski area, which extends into the Tyrolean Zillertal.
